I had a wonderful cheesemaking book that has gone awol. I am looking
for a recipe to make Camembert or Brie, I have the cultures, rennet
and milk.. but unfortunately no recipe. Does anyone have a good one
handy? I have my hard cheese book, but no camembert or brie.

I just posted the descriptions of Brie & Camembert. They aren't really
recipes, but may help jog your memory. The books is older than the
'50s, probably written in the early 1940s.

My Brie/Camembert process is about as easy as it gets and works everytime.
