Many years ago I found this old paperback book in a used book store.

I've been known to crumble some Gorgonzola into a commercial Ceasar
dressing, but that's about it.

I'm just a fan, and an opponent of the US pasteurization laws.

But there are others around who will sometimes answer technical
questions.
