Hi guys

Was browsing through the newsgroup and came across the reference to
Paesanella.

Paesanella is in fact a brand name which was started by my dad back in 1962
in Marrickville, Sydney.

The name Paesanella was derived back in 1962 and refers to "Peasant" or farm
girl..which is actually on our logo.

Does Australia require pasteurizing all milks?

I'd have expected using mostly ewe's milk. Is New South Wales far from the
sheep-raising regions?

Nice web site; nice story.
Best regards,
Joel
