So I'm siitin here polishing off a salami and smoked provolone
sandwich and I'm wonder ....

So why is it that smoked provolone never tastes smoked?
Mozarella, cheddar, gouda - they all taste smoked, but I've never
tasted any smoke in the smoke provolone.

This group must be MAGIC! I received an 1.85lb hunk of imported
provolone out of the blue from UPS tonight.

Hmmm. You know what I hate about Roquefort?...
